📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

🚚 Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently ship anywhere within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Shipping is free on all orders over $9.95. For orders under $9.95, a flat shipping rate of $9.95 applies.

Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

🌎 International Shipping

We are not currently offering international shipping, but we plan to expand soon. Stay tuned!

📬 Order Status and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

❗ Delays and Issues

Please note that shipping times may be delayed during high volume periods or due to postal service issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at support@tantoo.co and we’ll make it right.

📦 Exchanges

We do not offer  exchanges due to the nature of our product. However, if your item arrives damaged or you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work to resolve it.
